Inspection Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of components we produce, fully utilising our inspection facilities. All our workshops contain strictly controlled and calibrated measuring equipment for use by our engineers. During key stages throughout manufacturing, each component passes through our climate controlled inspection department and again prior to delivery. Inspection equipment includes a 3D coordinate measuring machine together with the most advanced electronic and mechanical measuring tools, all operated by highly qualified engineers and inspectors.
J8 Precision has received it's ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate form BSi stating that it operates the required Quality Management System for the Manufacture of tooling, ferrous and non-ferrous machined components.
